Doesn't really matter what she looks like, she just has to work lol.

Yea, when you clean them , you have to work the mechanicals (plunger inside) inside while doing so or it won't matter. It's what gets stuck.. -That plunger has to work or she won't idle. Hence ~ IdleAirControler (IAC).

BTW- Seafoams~DeepCreep works the best to remove carbon, lube and is sensor safe. Harsh cleaners eat em up.

I agree, cleaning is only good if it works otheriwse you end up with a pretty valve, not one that works. I used a "rubber safe" cleaner due to the diaphram that is on one side of the piston. There is not a lot of travel on that piston so you had to make sure that you got everything cleaned up and did not leave carbon in the holes. Since cleaning I have had 4 starts with no issues, when I go to get in it to go home will be the test. She has always idled fine just recently has had start issues.
