so i picked up a 4.6l in preparation for my 99 with 230K, a good scout is always prepared. Got it cheap and need to finish stripping it down, but i am a novice at this engine building thing and was looking for suggestions. btw this is just a work truck, but want to get i little better performance out of it, but not looking to to run down the track in it!!!!!

I was looking at the old posts and pic NEAL put up from his deal, and that was all amazing, but out of my price range for what i am dealing with........ sooooooo suggestions??????
