Help on unbolting motor mounts and raising motor

Does anyone have pics showing which bolts to loosen and where to place jack to raise motor? It's an 07 F150 2WD Thanks

the motor mount bolts that run horizontal with the frame, 1 on each side. support the transmission with a jack or a strap around the frame

If you lift the engine a bit it will take the weight off of the mount and make the bolt easier to unscrew and pull out.
