I know this sounds ridiculous but what does a 302 c.i. convert to a metric size? I have no idea.

according to my chiltons manual it is 4942cc for a 302 but thats also because its not exactly 302 cubic inches.. but none of them are gonna be exactly the same. are you gonna build an engine or something?

4942 cc = 301.579 ci

Close enough for government work - a 302 is a 5 liter engine.

If you want the approximate math, there are 61 cubic inches in one liter.
