You may be able to find some kind of tubing that will fit over the old and can handle the high temps under the hood. When the vacuum line on my 98 cracked, the dealer was able to patch it with similar tubing. Other option is to hit a junkyard and take the solenoids of a vehicle there, along with all the tubing. I am not sure whether the tubing can be easily taken off the solenoids.
