Well - you only have 4 choices that I know of - Motorcraft, Autolite, Champion, and Brisk.

Go with the Motorcraft, and follow the TSB explicitly, especially for exactly what type of antiseize to use, and where to apply it. I would say to go with the Champion one piece plugs, but they haven't been 100% reliable.

i dont know about accel coils for the 3v yet but they are absolute junk for the 2v engines. you can go onto ebay, type in dg511 in the search bar, and global and uneek both now sell a full set of 8 cop's for the 5.4 3v's for 135 bucks. has the engine gotten wet? with that kind of mileage i wouldnt expect a misfire yet. if your gonna do the cop's then i'd change the plugs at the same time. thats just what i was always told to do. you dont have to but it makes more sense to do them at the same time so that its all new.

I would rather change the plugs on the 01/02 V8 over an 06 3 valve,-hands down!

Yea, go w/Global/Uneek for those 511's. Way to many problems w/after market coils for COP Systems.

Good Luck!
