99+ 5.4's had the pi heads, 01+ 4.6's had pi heads. they flow better and give you more power. pi= performance improved. if you dont have pi heads you'd have to swap heads to have pi heads. or you could swap motors.

yea same thing as the mustangs. only difference i think is the mustang got them before the trucks.
