Can you hear the fuel pump come on? Have a buddy turn the key on, and see if you can hear a slight whine from the filler neck.

Might be time for a battery tho, how old is the one in the truck?

Start by replacing the fuel filter.

The sound isn't normal - might be loosing line pressure. First things first - Change filter, then check line pressure's at the rail to determine possible faults.

Wait a minute, I'm confused - the OP states it won't turn over. Then states it does - slow. Needs to clarify the problem. Does the vehicle turn over, but not fire when this happens or does it click ?

Turn over = Crank No Start/Fire.

Click = won't turn over, which is what you posted.

Grinds? Like it's not catching the flywheel? = Bad starter solenoid - The solenoid that piggybacks the starter, not the one on the firewall.

That would be a "click" , that's what happens when they don't start usually. So it doesn't crank ? It doesn't grind then? You need to finish your sentences, it's hard to understand some of the things you post.

Like what does this mean ? "that'n" ? - Is that some sort of code or something ?
