ok i'm confused now. does it make a grinding noise or no? does it give you the problem all the time in the afternoon? try turning the key on and off a couple times before you crank it. if it helps then the fuel pump is leaking down. if it doesnt then push the throttle to the floor and start it. see if any of those help.

Well, regardless, - My truck is doing the same thing, I think ? That's still being determined

I know what I have to do to figure it out, but holding back from informing you until I figure out what you mean lol - Sorry, but :o I'm not understanding from your desciption and my english is good.
