the other day i had to accelerate hard to get onto the highway and the accelerator cable slipped off the pedal. i put it back on while i was on the side of the road and now almost everytime i push the throttle fast it slips off and i looked at it and it looks kinda like its broke. so i was looking for another one. i looked in the local junkyards but none of them have a truck with a 4r70w or aode. i looked on rockauto and oreilly's and they show results for the c6, e40d, and manual trans, and another for the aod. i was wondering if any of these were even for my truck. maybe someone could give me the ford part number. my truck is a 93 f150 5.0 4x4 with the 4r70w(AODE) auto. i'll probably stop by the ford dealership if i must but if someone could help it'll be great.
