i need help guys
thats kinda what i was thinkin. i mean it could be the plugs i guess but its 275 for the labor and parts. i would do it myself but i heard about the plugs breaking off in the head
I love it when people come to the site looking for help, get help, for free none-the-less, then argue because they dont like the information.
The exhaust, didnt do it. Do you need a tuner? It'd be nice but NO. I'd check the fuel filter just for giggles then move on to the spark plugs and more expensive fixes.

im not arguing with the advice... a couple people said they dont think the plugs are doing it. and thats the question im asking. so now im just seeing what everyone has to say. ill take any advice, trust me. i changed the fuel filter. still same problem. im in the middle of rebooting the comp like a couple of people have suggested and cleaning the maf
pretty sure its not the tranny cause it shifts perfectly fine. when i hit 3000-4500 rpms is when it does it then it goes away after 4500 rpms. not sure what the bearing is that ur talking about??
I was going to say the same thing and then I read your post and you have pic's. Nice one !
I see Jbrew withdrew his advice. That's too bad because it was good advice.
Back to where we were over 10 posts ago.
You say there was NO problem to the Muffler shop. Roush system installed. Left muffler shop and now have miss/hesitation.
My brain hurts now!
You should have wrote down Brew's advice in the order he stated it and followed through with it. It was sound advice that made sense. There are others on here trying to help you but you seem to be in panic mode or something. I know it sucks when our trucks aren't running perfect but man you need to breath and slow down.
One thing at a time.
Diving into plugs is a POSSIBILITY but not the 1st thing I would do.
Any chance you own a Haynes manual for your truck. There is alot of excellent info in there for alot of problems.

Not saying your not using ppl's advice, just saying Jbrew had a small list to go through.
There is a slim possibility something happened during the Roush install.
Without throwing a code it is really hard diagnosing this for you.
Here's a thought, throw this over to the "Exhaust" section of the forum and see if you get lucky and find someone who may have had a similar problem.
Jbrew says there is a good exhaust tech over there who knows his "stuff", maybe he has an idea. I am leaning on coinicedence after the Roush install or like Brew said, changing to the Roush system made an existing problem more noticable.
What I would really like to see happen is to have somone throw a good Diagnostic tool on this and trouble shoot this properly for you. Fortunately I have a friend at the dealership and another friend with a Modis unit.
A good Ford tech can find the problem !!!
thanks tjk, i really wish i could see the tech put it on the diag but unfortunatley i wasnt their. can i ask them to show me?? or anywhere else u know that would be able to do so?? ill try throwing this over in the exhaust section like u said. thanks agian..
they said 275 for the labor and parts.....PLUS $90 for every plug that breaks. so it could be a pretty costly assumption.

I was thinkin the muffler tech couldve possibly f'd up an 02 sensor as well, but by chance did you fill your truck up with gas the same day you had the exhaust done? Might have gotten some bad gas??? Just my .02 Let us know what was when it's fixed.
