Hey guys i have a friend that has a 2004 f150 and he has been wondering if he can use dif spark plugs cuz his are not cheap at all. The pic is what he has and im not sure what kind these are at all. Hes ask alot of people and gotten some diferent answers so any help would be great. Oh and is there high performance plugs in that style to .

Spark plugs should last 100,000+ miles. Don't try to save a few bucks to get an inferior knockoff that won't last as long or perform as well.

 

The price of the plugs should be the least of his worrys. weather or not they come out without breaking now thats the big deal. I wouldnt wait 100k either I would get them done at about 65k dont want carbon building up to much around them..
