Misfire after plug change 97 Suburban
well maybe hes just seeing the engery go threw the plug. on the chevy blocks they have the plugs that stick out the side of the heads. i know before i changed my wires i could open the hood at night and see the engery going from the coil packs to threw the wire to the plug looked really cool but im pretty sure those wires were a lil on the old side. i dont think you have anything to be worryed about i think your just seeing the engery go threw the plug into the tip. Can you see this on all of them?
yeah im almost postive your just seeing the engery going from the top of the plug to the tip inside the head. as long as it runs fine no more shuddering i think that cracked plug was your prob. Glad we could help ya out.

.
depends on how new your wires are....mine were almost 10 years old over 100,000 miles and i could see all 8 it looked cool because the coil packs would send the pulses and there was like a 1/4" to 1/2" gap inbetween the pulses it looked really cool i dont think my new wires have wore out yet maybe ill throw some of the old ones on and see if i can get a video. its pretty neat.
