When the engine stalls, you lose oil pressure.........................

The idle may have gotten so low that the PS was not producing enough pressure to assist then it got so low that the truck stalled. How did you get the truck home? Does it run today? Your truck may have simply stalled. One of your accessories may have seized causing the stall? The Iac may have allowed too low an idle and it stalled.

That is what I need to hear. I suspect that the IAC is dirty and it allowed the revs to go so low that the engine stalled.

Yes, IAC is Idle Air Control valve. Need to know year and engine size to indicate location of IAC.

No worries - You don't have an IAC

It would help if you fill your info in so it displays top right corner - Like we do. You can make a sig that displays your info as well - Like model year, engine size and so on.

Like jbrew said you don't have an IAC. So that didn't cause the problem. If it starts to happen more frequently I would advise the dealer and see if there is an update to the PCM programming. That will cost you some cash so that is why I would wait.
