Ok need some experienced help on this one.

While replacing the motor, had to use the old intake because of the vacuum routing. After about 3500 miles I got a code . P2004 (IMRC Stuck open, Bank1) I figured the IMRC actuator was bad so I yanked the intake, cleaned it, replaced the runners, linkage, and the IMRC. Put it back together, and got a code again. The vacuum hoses are all fine, the wire routing is correct, and the linkage is not binding in any way. The parts used where brand new.

Truck runs great, never see a drop in MPG or performance. Just the code.

Thoughts?
