Good news! Mechanic pulled the valve cover and found one of the rockers off on the #7 cylinder. Will be repaired by tommorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed that that will be all.

Got the truck back today, runs great and good power. The CEL came back on, but totally expected. Will clean throttle body and egr ports and go from there. May have messed up an O2 sensor. But so far, its great. Thanks for all you guys help. Oh, the only thing is, since i picked it up from the shop, the cruise control don't work. Will trouble shoot later.
