Truck won't Start

The starter spins but won't engage the flywheel. I bought a new starter but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get to the third bolt. Does this sound like a starter problem or a fuse problem?

BTW, this is a 2005 4x4 Screw.

If your refering to the top bolt. The best way to get to it is to pull the passanger side tire off. You can actually get to 2 of the bolts fairly easy accessing it through the wheel well.

What is up with starter's crapping out lately. There has been at least 5 threads started on this issue lately.
Look up some of the recent threads about "won't start" and you will find alot of info and pic's.

I just replaced mine, 2 1/2 hr job.

By the way, if your hearing the starter spin, then you don't have a fuse problem. The throw out shaft and gear may be hung up and not engaging into the fly wheel. Be sure your hearing the starter spin.

Open up the above link and go to page 2. Jbrew posted some good pic's of
the "good, bad and ugly" starters.

Oh ye, PS Brew, I like my starter better
