so few questions, and it starts out with me racing 15 miles are so in my f150 way past 100 mph with very ****ty octane and my edge was on race level so that didnt help it. i either broke a valve or killed the piston on my 2 cylinder because the lack of compression, lack as in none at all, so if its a piston could some one please direct me to a good set of pistons and if its valves should i just get a new set of heads for some extra performance? or replace the valves and springs?

 

Go find a good used engine.
