The fuel pump relay is integral to the central junction box inside the truck and cannot be serviced separately. When the fuel pump relay fails, you must replace the entire fuse box.

Well, to expand further, let's try and fix your starting problem. What exactly is it doing?

Fuel pump is not engaging...She just died Suddenly..i drove from a Long trip..got home parked the truck..went back about 15 minutes later and she started..Put it in Gear and she stalled..Hasnt started again..i checked the fuse and it was good..i had no signs at all the Fuel Pump was going so im thinking that shouldnt be the problem..Been told that it might be a small wire broken somewheres that goes to the fuel pump..just a little ticked off right now,,Xmas coming and the truck needing work..UGGH

Does it have any codes?

Fuel pump driver modules fail a lot more than the pumps or relays do, especially in areas where water/mud can get to it. It's located above the spare tire on the last crossmember between the two frame rails, you'll have to drop the spare tire to see it.

i have a 2004 fx4 with 5.4 triton. i've replaced the fuel pump, filter, and have put 2 new fuel pump drive modules on (one aftermarket and one oem ) i can hear the fuel pump running but the engine will not turn over. the anti-theft light blinks eratically and the info cluster reads "check gauges". does something need to be reset or recoded for the computer to accept these new FPDM'S?

If it doesn't turn over, your battery is dead..........

Right, sounds like a PCM/PATS issue. Starter interrupt..
