Should be a direct bolt in, just hook the wires up just like they are on the current alternator

there are three bolts that hold the Alternator on the motor, they are all 10mm. The Belt tentioner is to the lower left of the alternator if your looking from the front of the truck. You'll see a 1/2 square hole to insert a breaker bar into, the longer the better. Once you have the breaker bar in, you will push the bar to the right turning the tensioner clockwise, slide the belt off of the alternator. Then unbolt the three 10mm bolts holding the alternator in place, lift the alternator up a little and unbolt the ground wire from the post on top of the alt. then using a small flat screwdriver CAREFULLY lift the locking tabs and unplug the two connectors. Do the reverse to re-install you new alternator.

Hope this helps! Good luck.

Positive/Power

Install everything just like the factory parts are.

It's a positive line, Once you have a look at your alternator on the truck, it will all make sense. You should disconnect your battery while your doing this too.

Go to your local sears or any autoparts place, it's a 1/2" breaker bar, also known as a "johnny" bar. I've done it with a 1/2 ratchet, but it's not fun.

If you use a ratchet, you'll want a 2-3 ft cheater bar. It's pretty springy.

Why are you trying to take the pulley off?

You will need a impact gun to remove a pulley

It didin't come with a pully ?

It should have -

"POWERMASTER ALTERNATOR, NATURAL FINISH -- 200 Amps Output, Internally Regulated, Designed For An OE Look, Delivers High Output To Weight Ratios, Offers Low Drag And High Speed Bearings, With Proof Of Performance Tag, Includes Serpentine Pulley, Bracket Not Included"
