Question Running ruff

I have an 05' f150 4x4 and i had to change my fuel filter about a month ago because my truck started to run realy ruff and then wouldn't start at all. Since i changed it runs a lot better but still idles a little ruffer than before. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions as to what might help?

i'd reccommend you clean the maf sensor first with electrical cleaner. i think you can get it from almost anywhere. the K&N is a oil charged filter. an oil charged filter is a cleanable filter that has oil in it. but the oils from them contaminate maf sensors.

Yeah, the 4.6 in my 03 Mach1 started idling a little rough, so I cleaned the MAF and she smoothed right out. You can get the cleaner at just about any parts place. It takes a special type of Allen wrench to get the MAF off though.
