Motor Build

I have never rebuilt a motor in my life. I would like to build my 05 3valve for some high boost applications. Suggestions on what pistons, connecting rods, crank etc... to use would be great. Also some tips and tricks from people who have built motors.

I am just researching now but hopefully can get started some time next year.

Thanks

I would say eagle rods, mahle pistons, forged crank, good heads, comp cams, and full exhaust should make you happy. Id say go for around 9-9.5/1 compression.

call comp cams and have them custom grind a set just for your needs. it doesnt cost that much more than off the shelf cams
