a throttle body spacer 2 would be good

 

throttle body spacers on this forum are known as the most expensive paper weight known to many fyi.

and is the "raised intake" just an after market intake manifold? i kind of want to stay away from going into the engine or anything like a manifold because i could get screwed out of warranty really easily

already have intake, VMP xcal 2, slowmaster super 44.

 

you should look into new headers, if they make a long tube that should give you around 30hp, and for my 02 4.6 there around 550 bucks besides the sound and allowing my baby to exhale much easyer

 

they dont make long tubes for the NBS 4.6's. the new 4.6's get screwed. kinda wish i would of gotten the ext. cab with the 5.4

 

wat about a fx4 5.4 super crew like mine.

 

that isnt made for our engines.

ya maybe. but with the 09's being out chances are getting slim. how much would it cost for a set of custom long tubes? and really if i can get 10hp out of the throttle body i would consider it. im looking for HP any where i can without taring apart my motor.
