Question

Have any of you guys ever seen or heard of anyone using an electric supercharger like this? Seems bogus to me. Here's the link from an Ebay auction.

Pretty sure they run entire vehicles with electricity, why would it be a stretch to have an electric supercharger? Didn't know a condescending overtone was needed--was just curious.

If they did, I know they'd cost more than a buy it now of 50 bucks.

If it worked, they would offer it as a factory option if it's that cheap. The carmakers are always looking for ways to improve efficiency without spending major bucks.
