Question Oil filter

New Ford owner here! I need help determining the correct threading on a replacement oil filter on a 4.6L V8! Metric or Standard?

Windsors are standard thread, Romeos are metric. You should be able to figure out what you have from the VIN, I believe the 8th character ID's the engine.

I know walmart has a little computer thing that you can look up what filter you need.

Thanks, guys! Yeah, that thing at Wal-Mart asks you if it's metric or standard!

I just look in the book at PepBoys or AutoZone or any of those.
