I have a 2002 Expedition with a 4.6l, does anyone know if it has imrc or not?

 

I'll bet it does, but not sure. You can see it if you look carefully, behind the alternator, behind the intake crossover....round disc with screws holding it on and a plug coming out of it with wires running up to the wire harness on the Drs. side.
