I cleaned my TB today. not too bad except I snaped a bolt that holds the the EGR to TB. I tried to unscrew it but it didn't want to move, even after using pb blaster. The EGR ports on the TB were pretty gunked up, I had to scrap out the gunk. I cleaned the IAC also. I noticed the hose that says fuel line that goes to the green connector is deterating. I want to replace it but don't know what it is named, if anybody has a part # that be great. Put is back together seems to run better, I will know more later when I drive it more.

 

Yea that's an emissions hose - fuel/vapor . Called the EVAP hose.

Runs from the Top of the TB Elbow/Plenum to The Evap purge valve on the firewall.
