Unhappy antifreeze in spark plugs??

Hey, wanted some other opinions beside my own. '97 f-150 4.6 got code P0301. My truck has been running rough and after finding the code i decided to try and change the spark plugs. Well I found antifreeze in cylinder 1 and 2 and checked the other side 5 and 6 and they were dry. So it sounds like a blown head gasket on cylinder 1 side I'm guessing? Any other suggestions?

It's usually an intake gasket leak when the engine is cold when you start getting coolant in the plug wells on a 4.6 liter.

Yep, I know exactly where it's leaking. Gaskets go bad around both forward water jackets. The passenger side got bad enough to leak. I bet the heads are even pitted up front on that 97.
