So yesterday i was on my way back home from work. i pulled on the highway and the pickup was running fine for the 10 min drive on the highway. i pulled into town and got to the first stop light and i noticed my pickup was shaking and when i was try to give it gas it would cut out horribly and not go over about 1500 rpm's. what do i need to do to fix this? i've also been noticing before this happend that my acceleration has been horrible lately.

 

You might want to mention what truck you have, what engine, how many miles, any recent work done on it, etc.

And look for that shift key.
