Unhappy Bad Start Up

Driving an 01 Harley. Sometimes when I start my truck, it flutters as if the engine isn't getting any gas. I've changed the fuel filter and had the injection cleaned (at Wal-Mart). I'm not sure what could be causing it. I thought that it could be a misfiring plug, but if that were the case, wouldn't i have some other indication (skipping)? I'm wondering now if the Wal-Mart special $19.99 as opposed to a regular $59.99 injection cleaning is the culprit or am I in need for a tune-up???? Had plugs replaced about 75K ago, but only one coil pack when it went bad. Was told that coil packs only need to be changed when gone bad (unlike old school wire and plug change). I'm used to ship shape running......something I'm not getting now. Any suggestions is appreciated.

Those idiots spent an hour on my fog light bulbs to find out they weren't the right ones that were sent to me. I got the right ones and a garage put them in for free. I wouldn't trust them to ck my tire pressure now.
