Truck is getting noticeably hotter gauge readings while truck is not moving... (Drive through windows, red lights) etc... However once I start it going down a long road or the freeway, it goes down to perfect... Seems like the fan clutch is bad and not moving the air

 

You're probly right. Im actually replacing mine tomorrow. Mine was $55 at Auto Zone. There should be quite a bit of resistance if you try to turn your fan by hand. I can spin my fan with one finger and it will go all the way around.
