Hello im new here and need some help with my f150 02 5.4l screw. This problem comes and goes. Sometimes from a stop when i floor it the engine does nothing for at least 3 secounds then the rpms slowy start coming up and the truck slowly starts moving also seems like after im at a 25 to 30 roll and i want to go a little faster i have to keep pressing the pedal till i hit half throttle then it takes of as if i just gunned it? also i was backing up this step hill and it was verly moving with full throttle. i checked for codes but there none?? any ideas would be great.

 

sounds like a fuel filter to me give it a try
