My mistake. I talked to him about the swap today and he called me a dip$h!t. His is a 2002, I have no idea where I got the 97 from. :o

Ahhhhh, yes. The only thing to be careful about is the flywheel. Romeo 4.6 engines have a 6 bolt crank and all of the 5.4 engines have an 8 bolt. I needed an 8 bolt flywheel from a Windsor 4.6.

How can I tell if I have a Windsor or a Romeo?

The sticker on the engine will show WEP or REP. Count the bolts on the driver side valve cover. 13 bolts is a Windsor and 11 is a Romeo.
