Well its been on / cleared but still reads when you scan the truck. Bank 2 running rich. Ive ohm checked all the injectors, they are fine. Ive cleaned my MAF, its fine now. Ive looked all all the vaccum lines, sprayed what ones i could see, nothing changed, so they must be fine? the COP's i think are fine, but im not sure. The front 2 O2 sensors are brand new as of 2 months ago or so. Im not sure what to do, any ideas?

 

maybe the connection on the 02 wasn't tight from replacing them. get down there and make sure they are clipped together tight. Happened to me..

thank you Jbrew, i cleared the code and disconnected the battery for the night, and it hasn't come back since, that flow chart helped with some other ideas tho
