hesitation on kick down
2005 150 5.4
It is all stock 80,000 miles
When you floor it at about 55mph it almost feels like you are touching the brakes, I know it is not a race car, but it stumbles for about 5 seconds. It sounds like an old four barrel not getting enough gas.
Besides that it is fine everywhere else.
No Mods, well maintained, does it with K and N and stock filter, 87, 91 or 93 octane.
Will a programmer help it out? or is there something else I should look for?
