tell you the truth any iridium plug that will fit in the motor with the same heat range should dooooo just fine....

I run the denso iridium's

Denso's are fine as long as you use the correct heat range. That's what Troyer sells as part of their ignition upgrade kit.

i have a 1997 f150 and they put champion plugs in the truck and it runs like crap. i put autolite plugs in and runs 100% better run autolites or motorcraft

Your one of the lucky ones then- My truck ran for 40 miles on Autolites. Then it started running on 6 cylinders. Had to to Install Motorcrafs to fix. Autolites don't work well / wrong heat range and NOT Ford spec.

The 97,98 5.4L COP'ed motors are picky as hell when it comes to plugs.
