Alot of people buy the extra cable to transfer the scangauge to different vehicles without having to reroute the cable behind the dash where it is hidden away.

Makes sense, but, first he needs to buy a doo dad from you before your advise is to stay out of the throttle to gain MPG.

LOL Stirrin the POT!

LMAO! Well, the site has been around alot longer than Jan 2008!

I just don't see the point in telling someone that it will not help anything, it will only monitor it. Shoot, math has been around a long time.

Math can do ALOT, but I want to see you compute instantaneous MPG while you're driving. The scangauge is a monitoring tool, if you do not want to monitor anything.... then you dont get it. Why do people put trans temp gauges on the trucks, it wont cool the trans down, just helps monitor it.

Do you ever check your mph? rpm? look at the clock on the radio? change the radio station? You can argue all you want about why it is not needed, and that is fine by me The many people that have bought the scangauge have loved it. I am only here to present the products, I am not forcing anyone to buy it.

If there are any other technical questions I can answer let me know!

I am sure they are very satisfied customers. I'm sure they have a garage full of sky hooks and board stretchers at home. Good Luck!

Not if it has meaning = You'll get more MPG's , but it may cost more per mile , if that makes sense
