Wow! No kidding , the line split!!! Haven't heard of that happening yet. Yea , I think I would replace the pump as well. Did the strap bolts bust or did dropping the tank go well ? I imagine my pumps gotta be close to failing, so I'll probably have that job in the near future- I got my money's worth, this ones got 180,000 thousand on it lol. The dealership changed it tho, so I haven't had the privilege yet.. - The first one had only 90,000 when it went.

bolts chattered out just fine but all the conections (hoses and electric) here in az only take 2-3 years and rubber welds itself to metal and plastic and the elec connectors get filled up with dirt and they usually break before they come loose so most of mine wind up with heat shrink so they do not fall back apart. now a very important question does any body know what this small black dohickey is it was near the back of the tank and had a 3 wire plug going to it will try to upload a pic here in awhile but the darn thing broke on me and i kinda broke it a little more trying to extract it normally i would jus look it up on the motorcraft website but there is no part # so

IT'S ALIVE !! That's what I just said after planting a 9 hp Briggs & Straton engine in place of a 5 hp Tecumseh on an commercial blower. - Wow can that thing clear a driveway !! Unfortunately I took my hands off the controls for a minute to move something out of the way and that thing took off back wards (I had it blowing from the front WIDE OPEN) - Well, I went running for it , but I couldn't catch it and put a nice dent in my garage door ^%##$%!!! ANOTHER thing that needs fixing now

Anyway , glad you got her goin again.

Jbrew,
I may be laughing at this one for awhile. I can almost picture you running after it. lol lol
Next time I run into a problem and I am frustrated, just remind me of this story and it will change my frustration into a good laugh. Stinks about the garage door tho.
Sorry man, still
