Torque specs for head gasket and rocker arms

I have a 99 4.2L V6, I'm replacing all gaskets, although only my intake needed replacing, but to be thorough I check everything, and I mean everything. I'm putting the pieces back together and I'm not sure what sequence or Torque specs I should be tightening my head bolts on. Also, are there torque specs for the rocker arms? Just curious. Thanks for any advice.

Go to www.autozone.com on the left hand side click repair info click vehicle repair guides click the year, make, and model of your vehicle then select the type of engine you have click engine & engine overhaul look at the right hand side of the screen and find where is says cylinder head and click that it will tell you how to take off and reinstall in what order and what torque specs then look at the right side again and fine rocker arm click that it will tell how to take them off and reinstall them along with the torque specs that go with it.... rocker arms are probably 18-25 ft lbs

Send me your email address thru PM if you can, if you cant, let me know - I'll post an address here you can send to. I'll email you instructions with sequences and specs from the service DVD. You need Outlook express or Gmail for proper delivery with diagrams.

That works ? I thought you had to have an ALLData.com account for that ? They must have changed things, that's cool.

It works, but the years and vehicles are very incomplete. There is no data for a 99 F-150.
