I don't know if this link will open what is needed but it shows how the rotunda tool works.
Nothing was specified about how exactly the plug broke b/c it can break in a couple fashions.
I'm not in the business of telling people what to do with their trucks, but there are a few logical ways to approach fixing this:
1) Buy the Rotunda tool off the internet(which isn't cheap) and attempt to remove it in the garage, yet risk mucking it up even worse
2) Try making or coming up with some new way of getting the pieces out, which again risks mucking it up even worse
3) Tow or drive if possible to dealer and let them use the rotunda tool to try and get it out for a price.

I would choose number 3 just b/c chances are they have some experience with this crappy plug design already.

Shines it was funny, though I will admit I only skimmed through the legendary FordTech/Shines argument. I just thought the beef weiner part was funny seeing as how the OP's name is cheeseweiner.
He is going to get back on here some time later and see how his thread evolved into a war zone, with like 3 posts relating to a broken plug

The weiner comment was funny... Just a little to obvious for my tastes in humor.

Hey,

I wasn't trying to be funny. It worked on my truck.

Seriously, I thought someone might be dumb enought to actually try it.

Just picture in your mind, someone towing their truck to a dealer, then trying to explain to the tech why there's a ball park frank stuck in their engine........

Shinesintx and MOford21, thanks for your help! I tried the hotdog trick, but it got stuck too. I am a A.S.E certified master technician.I work at a GM dealership. There is no ford dealer in our city,so we get a lot of blue oval junk to work on. I was just trying to get a quick answer to the problem instead of reading through all the complaints posted about this, by some people who can't seem to post an intelligent solution. If a select group of people here think they can solve all of fords problems, without a new person adding his opinion, then more power to ya. Some of you might buy a real truck some day,and need my help.I think I'll stick around and have some fun. I did find this thread amusing though.

Yeah I could have used your help back in 03' when that piece of crappola Z71 I had was falling apart around me. Garbage Motors is and has been scrapping the bottom of the barrel for years now. I would rather deal with my plugs breaking than drive around that excuse for a truck Z71.

Why would I laugh? You used no imagination or creativity. Caling someone "F Face" only proves a lack of education. Only idiots that are unable of processing a "thought", are going to laugh at putting a four letter word before a noun or verb. Wait, you found it funny. Uh Oh! My statements might irritate you...

@ Shine yeah dude whatever....I'm an uneducated idiot.....you win.........happy now???

EDIT- the more I think about it....
Why would I laugh? You used no imagination or creativity
No imagination required to get to the point. I like the F word. I use it alot. Nothing to do with my education.

Only idiots that are unable of processing a "thought", are going to laugh at putting a four letter word before a noun or verb
Don't overcomplicate the simplicity of getting to the point.......

Uh Oh! My statements might irritate you...
You're right...geez Shine, I feel better already...next time someone wants to call me a brown noser I'll put the big 'ol happy smile on and post up a big LOL...I get it...you were making a joke on me...haha...whoa that's a a good one.....ummmm...OK dude...

Cheesedude, there are lots of folks here who would be more than willing to help, maybe take the time the next time to explain your dilema instead of going the way this all went down...nobody likes hearing "search the forum" but it has been beaten to death almost daily here. Pesonally I think risupercrewman was just trying to help you out and you took it the wrong way...which in turn I took it the wrong way so we all got in a little free for all over nothing...my bad...I've got another thread started on this, IrishFX4 has the whole new TSB posted up for us, go knock yourself out with it...give a shout if you can't seem to get all the pieces out.
