Thanks for all the info. I cleaned the MAF sensor and a little improvement in the idle. Still rough though. Didn't have time to check codes. Will check vaccum lines and elbows tonight along with a stock air filter. After that Fuel Filter. Thanks for the help. Will update later.

 

Cleaned MAF sensor. Replaced Fuel Filter and now it idles even rougher. Codes 171 and 174 no longer show up. It now reads codes p2195 and p2197.
Checked Vaccum lines and will continue to check. PCV in good condition. Any thoughts?
