Intake, Exhaust, Tuner, Pulleys, E-fans, Headers, Cams, Supercharger, etc. Do you have any particular parts or budget in mind?

I'd get gears and a custom tune first

Homemade E-fans go to the junk yard and at my place its only 30 dollars for any E-fan set up they had. and go to autozone or somewere and get an temp controller. you can make them for like 70-100 insted of buying the whole kit for like 400-500. i gained some power on the Butt dyno with the clutch fan off and i picked up a MPG or 2. If i had to start modding my 4.6L again i would do this frist.

longtube headers run you 283.00 for a kit.

a CAI will run you about 200-240.

PI heads will be about 200 and a cam with all the stuff will be a lil over 600 then you need custom tuning *400 dollars by me for dyno tuning 3 tunes and an hour on the dyno*

If your going to get your exhaust done, do more than just a cat-back.

At least high flows into an X-pipe into dual mufflers of your choice, just my opinion.

I went from a SI/DO Magnaflow cat-back to a X-pipe into dual Spintech Pro Streets and have never looked back

How much money do you have to play with? That would give us a good idea on what to reccomend.

you could do some long tubes and a dyno tune. a CAI wont add much but the E-fans are cheap and easy Long tubes are a lil harder but some guys have gained like 45 FTlbs out of long tubes. and with dyno tunning your truck will be happy with that. i still say E-fans frist thats just me thoe.
