'97 F150 4.6l VIN6 (Windsor) timing question

Does anyone have the procedure for timing a 4.6l WIndsor? I burnt a valve @ 170,000, am having the heads reworked, and need the proper procedure for reinstalling the timing chains. I recognize this is a critical thing...that's why I'm asking for help.

Thanks in advance.

You can do that under the 100 post count? Well , I guess you can. That's a first.

Sent you the instructions - heres a better illustration of bottom sprockets and some more ill's that apply to the 97 4six.

Also, there's some info here you might want to keep on file -
