Lightbulb Changing Sparkplugs

Hey i have an 02' f150 5.4L and im almost at 100k miles. I want to change the sparkplugs. it seems to idle alittle rough. I didnt know if i should know anything special before trying to tackel it myself. Also, does anyone recommend a specific plug.??

Yea , the search feature is neglected way to often..

Use Motorcarft plugs ONLY and your safe. Use plenty of di-electric grease as well - don't scimp there..
