I think changing your own oil gives you the piece of mind it has been done right even with little experience you will give more care and attention to your truck than anyone at a quick stop shop as you engage in the maintance process you may find your self enjoying the opportunity to learn about and respect your truck most of us enjoy spending time working on our rigs, doing our own mods, and climbing under the truck spending hours washing out all the mud unlike a lot of spoiled little pansy asses who have it all given to them so spend the time learn about your truck and fill the by teaching your kids or the neighbor how to change the oil or the tires or for our resident smart *** how to put air in the tire.
This should help answer your question
The oil filter is located on the driver side front bottom of engine angled at about 45 degrees you should use the cup style filter wrench made to fit the FL-820S, I believe it's 93mm 15 flutes Just look for the fl820s also a 10" extension and a ratchet
The oil drain plug is located on the bottom of the engine here are a few links that will walk you through the whole thing

I did it a few times to learn and now I just go to the dealership quick lube and get the synthetic blend for the same price for me to do conventional myself.
What size left do you have and do you have any rubbing with the 325/60s?
