How can i obtain TSB 08-1-9 with regard to the spark plug issue. I am getting mine done and want to be prepared with this TSB in case the dealer starts charging me.

any help would be appreciated

A TSB will not stop the dealer from charging you. Technical Service Bulletins are issued to help the repairman do the job more efficiently. It might be prudent to remind the technician that there is a TSB related to the plug change.
