Cylinder 4, 5 and 6 missing when warm.

I have a 2000 f-150 with the 5.4 motor. i was crashing snow banks on the lake when it started to miss. It will only miss when the motor is warm. I rented an obd 2 decoder which read that cylinders 4, 5, and 6 were misfiring. ANY IDEAS where to start.

Well you do know there are 8 coils over plugs that set down in a deep wells.
Could it be that you got moisture down inside that causes the spark to short to the outside of the boots?
It's time to remove them all, change the plugs while there off, inspect the boots and replace/reseal with dielectric grease and blow out the plug well with compressed air.
Theres an old saying, you play sometimes you pay. All goes along with having fun.
Good luck.
