Exhaust Smoke?

I've had my F-150 for about 7 months. It's an '06 STX, 4.6L V8. I started noticing that when i started it in the mornings to go to work, theres was smoke-like stuff coming out of my exhaust. Maybe it was steam? I thought it was like that morning dew type steam. However, when i was leaving work, which was late afternoon, (my truck was sitting in the parking lot for 8 hours while i was working) i started it, and the same thing. The "smog" starts when i start my car, and usually lasts about 3 -5 minutes. I also noticed that I have water dripping from my exhaust quite often. i think it only really happens when my trucks been sitting there for an extended period of time. Can anybody help me? What kind of problem does this sound like, if its even a problem at all...

I have had cars set over night in the garage and smoke in the cold morning. I had a 02 Ranger 4.0 with dual exhaust and it would smoke if it was real cold when i stopped a light.

Start it, go around back, hold your hand up to the exhaust for a few seconds, and look at your hand. All you should see is water droplets and this is completely normal - condensation. However, if you see or feel OIL droplets afterwards, you have bad valve stem seals.
