Engine Swap

Currently have a 97 F150 with 4.6 Windsor with 219,000 miles. Have a 2001 4.6 Romeo engine in garage waiting to be put in truck. What will need to be changed (wiring, computer, ect.)? Wanted to change the heads to old block after rebuilt but compression would raise to 10:1 do well to afford gas now.

By far the easiest thing to do is to use the 98 engine harness. There will be no provision for the two engine coolant sensors but you can tap into the crossover.
