If you buy E-fans new...Go to like autozone or the junk yard and pick up some E-fans at autozone they have the controller. at my junk yard they were 30 bucks for any E-fan set up. it only cost alot if you but a kit that has a name on it like FLEX-A lite. or stuff like that. i got my E-fans from built54 for 70 bucks and it had the controller and some wires. They dotn have to cost you 300+ bucks.

 

Now that Troyer has solved the e-fan mounting issue, I REALLY like his setup. I haven't had any controller issues, but if I do I'll use someone elses.
